Inside new city centre apartments 'twice as big as most'
A new Dockside Aparthotel accommodation block is opening this weekend. Located along Keel Wharf, Dockside Aparthotel features 48 apartments and offers phenomenal views of Wapping Quay and Liverpool Cathedral.
Guests can choose from six single-bed apartments or 42 double-bed options, all of which have been fitted with cooking, dining and sitting areas. The interiors are modern with all the essential amenities needed for short or longer stays.
The apartment block is made up of two accommodation spaces. One acts as a residential building and the other has been purchased by leisure and venue company JSM in partnership with its owner, Andy Conaghan, who will oversee Dockside Aparthotel’s operations.
JSM invested a seven-figure amount into the refurbishment in order to offer guests a “comfortable and luxurious as possible stay.” The apartments are located next to the M&S Bank Arena, a short walk from the Albert Dock, and a five-minute walk from Liverpool ONE‘s shopping complex.

Andy Conaghan told the ECHO: “We’re so excited to have restored this building after years of it being closed. The apartments are a great addition to the city with great views of the area.
“Liverpool is a thriving city. It’s always busy and vibrant so it’s great to offer guests travelling from afar a chance to live comfortably during their stay, no matter the duration. Our apartments are twice as big as most out there so you get a lot for your money.”
Dockside Aparthotel opens Saturday, September 7, at 19 Keel Wharf, L3 4FN. You can book a stay with Dockside Aparthotel here.
